In the past couple of days, I have been able to gather a team and we are now officially engaged in developing a system that can allow EVERYONE (huge challange!) to call ANYWHERE (another one) in the world.
Part of the research data is being made available to general public for FREE at http://savephonebill.iCallWorldFree.com which gives a tabular comparison between all kinds of calls that users can make.
At present, it contains a filter by type which allows users to filter by type of call (Cellular, Calling Card, PC, etc.)
The records are sorted to show the cheapest one first. Links contains promotions like "30 Min Free international calling Everyday", "$2.50 in bonus talk-time", "International calling of up to 6.5 hours for just a buck"
